Quality Policies

Cerezo’s production plant operates with the scheme of a system of Total Quality Assurance, focused on:

• Minimize health risks
• Standarize the eleboration and treatment of the products by establishing a quality culture in all the personal that works in the company.

The system guides are completely based in the Oficial Normativity. It is our compromise to follow the standards, and to implement all the technological advances that benefits our political operation; having always the duty of the complete satisfaction of our customers.

Our Quality Control Laboratory adapted a Quality Management System based on ISO 22000. Through these we can evaluate, identify and correct failures and establish the requirements to make the productive processes in a safe and hygienic way, getting a better quality in all the products.

It is important to mention that each production batch pass through a strict physical-chemical, bacterial and microbiological analysis. Also periodically we sent products to be analysed in an External Laboratory certified by the Entidad Mexicana de Acreditamiento.
